Tony brings more than 23 years of federal acquisition and contracting experience spanning the Department of Defense, intelligence community, and interagency programs.
His career includes senior roles with the FBI, Northrop Grumman, Radiance Technologies, and the Department of Homeland Security. He has led acquisition teams, negotiated complex contracts, developed acquisition policy, and supported programs across IT, research and development, national security, and international partnerships.
His expertise covers the acquisition life cycle: strategy, source selection, negotiation, cost and financial management, and contract administration. He has worked with fixed-price and cost-reimbursement contracts, Other Transaction Authority, cooperative agreements, and Foreign Military Sales.
At Bastion, Tony applies that experience to federal contracting preparation, opportunity review, and teaming and subcontract coordination.
